Xitron Joins Vanguard Graphics International Group of Companies

St. Paul, Minnesota and Ann Arbor, Michigan – March 14, 2007 –
Xitron, Inc., the prepress industry's leading independent developer and
integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and
workflow solutions today announced that it has been acquired by
Vanguard Graphics International. Xitron was previously a part of the
Agfa Graphics group of Agfa-Gevaert NV headquartered in Mortsel,
Belgium.

("VGI") is a privately held holding company specializing in acquiring
and managing graphic arts companies that serve small to medium sized
printers. VGI also owns Printware, LLC of St. Paul, Minnesota, a
leading provider of innovative pre-press solutions focused on
computer-to-plate systems; and HighWater Designs Limited of Cheltenham,
England, a company well known for its line of reliable, high
performance RIP’s and metal platesetters. Xitron joins VGI as a wholly
owned, independently operated subsidiary.
