PunchStream, the integrated punch option for PlateStreamColor+ SC and PlateStreamColor+ 46 Platesetters, allows printers an unprecedented level of productivity. With PunchStream, the PlateStream not only images, processes, and cuts plates—it punches plates in perfect register.

Drum Accuracy, Capstan Speed and Economy
Punching repeatability is a remarkable 0.001" for a four-color separation— precise enough for high-quality 175-line process color (200-line on film)

Accommodates Popular Presses
The Bacher-pattern PunchStream can be used with the Heidelberg QM 46, Ryobi 3300 series, Hamada H234, and other two-up portrait presses. The pin-bar PunchStream can be used with popular duplicator presses.

MicroPlate Features

New PlateStream Model Meets the Needs of Social Printers
Printware has again redefined CTP by customizing a platesetter to specifically meet the needs of social printers. The PlateStream MicroPlate fully automates platemaking and eliminates plate waste. It images, processes, dries, cuts, and even punches plates automatically.

Small Plates
The MicroPlate makes plates less than 60 square inches, perfect for applications requiring small printing plates, such as invitations and business cards. Minimum plate size is only 7" wide x 8.5" long. The MicroPlate eliminates plate waste and saves up to 50% compared to other CTP systems.

Integrated Pin-Bar Punch
The MicroPlate’s integrated pin-bar punch provides plates in perfect register. Social printers will achieve an unprecedented level of productivity in the press room.
